BYCZEK, BRONISLAWA January 31, 2022 Bronislawa was born in Samocice, Poland. She was one of 11 siblings. Despite all the extreme hardships of being raised during WWII, she spoke fondly of her childhood growing up on the farm. We loved hearing her amazing stories and she was often told she should have written a book about them. She worked very hard and earned her Master's Degree in teaching. She taught 7th and 8th grade, and later went on to become a principal in Wojciechowie, Poland. She loved children. She was a devout Catholic and enjoyed donating to various charities. Her abundantly generous and loving heart touched many. When she was asked what she wanted to be remembered for most, she said "that I loved people". She had an outgoing personality, was funny and often the life of the party. She loved her family and enjoyed sending them thoughtful cards, gifts, and letters. She loved to read, play music on her keyboard, write poetry, work on crossword puzzles and spend time in her flower and vegetable gardens. She had a heart for all living things and just life in general. The family remembers her as being an excellent Polish cook who loved to host people in her home. She made all guests feel like royalty by making them feel welcome. She was a beautiful soul that will be dearly missed and never forgotten. Beloved wife of the late John. Dearest mother of Christine (Joseph) Halash, Lucy (Matthew) Lehman, and the late Mariusz (Ewa) Jankowski. Loving Babcia of Nathan, Grace, Gabriel and Aaron.
