Cecylia Majewski

Majewski, Cecylia; age 95, Beloved wife to the late Marian Majewski, and loving mother of the late Tadeusz Majewski (Grazyna), Jan Majewski (Grazyna), Mira Supal (Mark) and Halina Sundling has passed away on February 27th after a long exceptional life devoted to family. She was the cherished grandmother of Ania Brown (Griff), Paul Majewski, Elizabeth Majewski, Catherine Vivian (Brian), Bartek Majewski, Barbara Molinario (Mike), Magda Gelbke (Martin), Andrew Majewski, Tomasz Majewski, Michael Sundling, Nick Sundling, Ted Supal, Alex Sundling and Thomas Supal and the dear great-grandmother of Madeleine, Jack, William, Olivia and Samantha. In 1939, she was separated from her family in war-time Poland at the age of 13 and was then cared for by her loving Aunt Janina Francala. In 1962, she was finally reunited with her father Stefan Siminski, and siblings Edmund Siminski (d), Irena Wolanski (d), Regina Niemczycki (d), Zenek Siminski and Jan Siminski (d), all whom were survivors of Siberian exile and found refuge in the United States of America. Instate Wednesday 10:30 am at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 7685 Grandville Ave Detroit, until time of Mass at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers family suggests memorial donations to Ss. Peter and Paul Church.
