Charles V. Fellrath

FELLRATH, CHARLES V. "CHAS" Charles was born July 29, 1943, in Detroit, Michigan, and passed away Tuesday, August 23rd. He was the son of Charles Fellrath and Dorothy (nee Vail). Chas, as his friends knew him, went to the University of Detroit Jesuit High School, Michigan State University, and eventually decided to study Law at the University of Detroit. Known for his no-nonsense approach, he excelled in his field. Chas enjoyed playing golf, especially at Dearborn County Club, totaling 4 holes-in-ones throughout his life. He was a unique individual to those who knew him and will be greatly missed. Chas is survived by his wife, Sue; children, Heflin Bennett, Micaela (the late Randy) Kavner, Zach (Rachel) Fellrath; grandchildren, Ryann Bennett, Charlee Bennett, Gray Bennett, Owen Fellrath, Grace Fellrath; sisters, Dede Fellrath, the late Mary Fellrath; nephews, William Archer, Charles Archer, Thomas Archer, the late Michael Archer. The family suggests memorial donations be made to Dr. Kristy KC Foundation. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 29, 12:00 pm at Dearborn County Club, 800 North Military, Dearborn, MI.
