KADYSZEWSKI, CLAUDIA ANN January 5, 2024. Claudia was the loving daughter and only child of the late Frank and Dolores (Kurlendzki), granddaughter of the late Frank and Leocadya Kadyszewski and John and Helen Kurlendzki. She received her sacraments at St. Christopher Catholic Church in Detroit where her parents were members. Despite her physical limitations she was able to attend elementary school and high school, also graduating and receiving a diploma. She loved Polish and Italian food. As a lover of baseball and a true Tiger fan, she attended many baseball games with her father. She was a master at Jeopardy and a diehard fan of General Hospital. After the death of her parents, she lived in two different group homes where she received care and was happy there. When her health declined, after being diagnosed with dystonia, Claudia found herself being confined to a wheelchair for nearly six years. She never complained. Whenever asked “How are you?” Her response was “I’m fine,” never admitting any pain or discomfort. As her body weakened, she spent her last six weeks at Angela Hospice Care Center. It was time then that God was calling her to walk again through the gates of her Eternal Home. Her parting words to all who knew and loved her: “I’m fine NOW!” Visitation Tuesday 11:00 am at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 West Warren, Dearborn Heights. Prayer Service 12 Noon at the Funeral Home. Interment St. Hedwig Cemetery
