Emil S. Wieleba

WIELEBA, EMIL S. August 8, 2021. Beloved Husband of Shirley for 72 years. Loving Dad of Sr. Karen Ann OSF, Amy Wieleba, and Julie (Gerald) Wieleba-Milkie. Dearest Brother of Ted (Joyce) Wieleba. Emil served his country faithfully in WWII, fighting in the Battle of the Bulge, where he was captured and became a Prisoner of War. He worked at Ford Motor Company for over 35 years and had a passion for woodworking and wood carving, he was a Charter Member Dearborn Post 75 PLAV and a member of their Ritual Team, and was a longtime member of St. Robert Bellarmine Parish. Visitation Monday 2-8 pm with a Scripture Service at 7:00 pm at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 West Warren, Dearborn Heights. Instate Tuesday 10:30 am at Sacred Heart Church until the time of Mass at 11:00 am.
