Beloved husband of the late Sandra. Dearest father of Dawn (Paul Oliver) Gabrielson, Colleen (Ed) Garcia, Joey Nieporte, and Ranae Wood.  Loving grandpa of Lauryn, Jacob, Kayla, Brianna, Gregory, Matthias, Elias, Victoria, Jonathon, Elizabeth, Caleb, and Michah, and great-grandpa of Kane.

Dear brother of Gerald Nieporte, Mary Nieporte, and Sherri (Joe) Szybisty; and the late Joan Prebenda and Ronald (Ruth) Nieporte. Longtime companion of Connie Moody.

Fred was a proud graduate of Fordson High School, Class of 1961, and enjoyed a 32-year career at Ford Motor Company as a pipe fitter.

Visitation Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 West Warren, Dearborn Heights.  Funeral Service Thursday 4:30 p.m. at the funeral home
