George Peter Zang

  Zang, George P. Age 61, Born August 23, 1952, passed away on April 21, 2014. Beloved son of Nancy and the late John R. Zang.  Cherished brother of Joanne Zang (Robert Bodis), John G. (Mary Anne) Zang, and Bruce Zang, and dear step-son of Richard Douglas. George was the proud uncle of John Robert, Cheyne and John David and great-uncle to Claire and Savannah. Throughout his life, George was an avid reader and library patron, donations in his name can be made to the Friends of the Library-Dearborn, Dearborn Public Library, 16301 Michigan Ave., Dearborn, MI 48126, Attention: Memorial Donation Donations can also be made in George’s memory to Henry Ford Hospice at www.henryford.com/hospice (or mailed to Hospices of Henry Ford, One Ford Place-5A, Detroit, MI 48202). Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 pm at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 W. Warren, Dearborn Heights, MI  48127.
