As we were told, everything that matters is between your dash “-.” Jon’s dash “-“ was one of the best anyone could have come in contact with. He was the best brother anyone could have. He lived life for his family and friends. He loved being at the cottage and the lake. He was always there for you and forever ready to help. Jon never took life for granted. He reaped what he sowed – only goodness. He will be forever in our hearts.
Jon’s life involved around his family; brothers Laurence (Larry) and Jeffrey (Jeff) and sister Katie (Bob) Pasciolla and their families. Including nephews Jamie, Jeffery (Jeff) (Mary), Floyd III (Eddie), Jeffrey (JJ) (Jennifer), Richard (Rick), Keith, Timothy (Tim) and Daniel (Dan). Also, there were numerous great nephews and nieces surrounded by Jon, as well as Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Jon is predeceased by his parents Floyd and Barbara and also brother Floyd, Jr. (Ed).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in his memory to the Neurofibromatosis Foundation Research Center, Henry Ford Hospital, Department of Neurosurgery, 2799 West Grand Blvd., Detroit, MI 48202.
In keeping Jon’s wishes of privacy, there will be a memorial service held at a future date.
