PIWONSKI, LESLAW B. October 5, 2021 Beloved husband of Donna. Dearest father of Jennifer Piwonski and Ewelina (Antoni) Kloc. Loving grandpa of Olivia and Arek. Dear brother of Grazyna (Krysztof) Adamczyk, Alina Wreczycki, and Slawomir (Malgorzata) Piwonski. Leslaw was born on November 2nd, 1957 in Rzeszów, Poland. He was a member of the Polish air force and served as an airplane mechanic before immigrating to the United States in 1984. He married his beloved wife, Donna, in 1985. Les had many passions and hobbies in his life, including photography, hockey, traveling, dancing, and working with computers as a CNC Programmer. He was a positive individual who instilled the value of receiving an education whenever he had the chance. As an avid handyman, he was always there for others if anything needed fixing, whether it be for his family, friends, or neighbors. He passed from this earth unexpectedly and abruptly on October 5th, 2021 due to a heart attack. Les will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Visitation is Sunday, October 10th, from 2 to 8 pm at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 W. Warren, in Dearborn Heights with rosary at 7 pm. Instate is on Monday, October 11th, at 9:30 am at the Church of the Divine Child,1055 Silvery Lane, in Dearborn, until the time of Mass at 10:00 am.
