Wiggins, Lucille. September 16, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Orville. Dearest mother of Michael, Sharon (Dwayne) Black, Barbara (Karen Ireland), and the late Gary and David. Loving grandmother of Jeffrey (Jennifer), Jessica, Matthew, Andrew (Jena) Black, Zachary (Erin Brown), Kristin, Jonathan (Gina) Black, Julane (Brad) Spencer, and the late Jennifer. Loving great-grandmother of Brooklyn, Danielle, Harrison, Adelaide, Avery, soon-to-be baby girl and the late Joshua. Loving sister of Eugene Zawisa (the late Elaine). Dear sister-in-law of Ilene (the late Dan) Bryant.

Lucy was a very active member at St. Linus as a lunch lady, softball coach and member of the Christian Women's Club. She also spent many years as a waitress at Van’s Coney Island. She enjoyed cheering on her children and then grandchildren at their sporting events. She always had a smile that touched many lives. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother who will truly be missed.

Visitation Thursday 2-8 pm with a Scripture Service at 7:00 pm at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 W. Warren, Dearborn Heights.  Instate Friday 10:00 am at St. Linus Church until the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Linus or Assured Hospice.
