Naomi Marie Edmonds

Naomi Marie (Reinke) Edmonds, passed away on August 24, 2012, at Garden City Hospital after a courageous fight against breast cancer. Naomi, a life-long Michigan resident, was born in Dearborn, Michigan on May 7, 1957. She remained within the Dearborn area throughout her life, though a piece of her heart always resided at Otsego Lake, in Gaylord, Michigan. Naomi was a woman of strong character with an easy smile who devoted her life to taking care of others. She loved to sew, to curl up with a good book, and to laugh; spending as much time as she could with family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Steven Edmonds, her sister, Sharyl (Reinke) Rusk, her brother, Darrell Reinke, nieces and nephews, Jeremy and Robert Rusk, Sarah and Bob Reinke, all her other kids, her cats Derby and Mikey, and many friends who count her as part of their families as well. She will be greatly missed. Memorial Visitation Thursday from 10 am until time of Memorial Service at 11 am at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 W. Warren, Dearborn Heights.
