Patricia Joan Conniff Mikiciuk

April 20, 1947 — November 10, 2021

Patricia "Patti" Joan Conniff Mikiciuk April 20, 1947-November 10, 2021 Patti was born on April 20, 1947. She was part of the first graduating class of Dearborn Divine Child High School in 1965. From there, she attended the International Fine Arts College of Fashion in Miami. (As was well known, her fashion sense was impeccable. She was always perfectly dressed.) Upon graduation, she of course worked at Saks Fifth Avenue back in Michigan. A few years later, she married Stan on March 2nd, 1973 and started a family in Dearborn Heights that has blossomed to what it is today, spread between Michigan and Florida, with 10 grandchildren. Patti was the epitome of family-first. Not only did she raise her four kids, she also took care of her parents who lived next door until they passed on. She watched over her sister before she died several years ago. She absolutely adored her brother. She was the rock to Stan, who she loved with all that she had. She was everything to her kids as they grew up, from their grade school and high school days at Divine Child, to their college years at Notre Dame and Michigan State. She never missed a morning getting her children to school. She never missed a sporting event, and did she love her sports! She would sit in the rink, even though she wasn't the biggest fan of the cold, but had a keen eye for hockey. She loved watching the kids play baseball, softball, track and golf. She loved taking out all the kids at Dearborn Country Club on Fridays in the summer for Junior Golf. She would be there for her kids during every ski trip to Nubs Nob, huddled in the lodge watching them fly (and sometimes crash) down the hill. Her absolute favorite thing (besides shopping) was college football on Saturdays, specifically the Fighting Irish and the Spartans. She and Stan moved to Northville in 2002 to her dream house on a lake. They enjoyed so many good times together dining out with their family and friends in Northville and Plymouth. They loved hosting their kids and grandkids on a weekly basis at the house. The thing was, it was never just a house with Mom. It was a HOME. That home has brought so many wonderful memories that her family and friends will cherish the rest of their lives. Patti also loved her time in Charlevoix and Hutchinson Island, FL. In true Patti fashion, those great times were never without her family. Her grandkids talk all year about seeing Gagee and Papa either up north or in Florida. Her proudest accomplishment was raising her kids and then seeing their kids grow up. Her kids' only hope is that they are able to give to their kids what their Mom and Dad have given to them. Beloved wife of Stan. Dearest mother of Mark (Kelsey), Matthew (Amy), Michael (Monika), and Meghan (Kevin) Davis. Most wonderful grandmother of Braeden, Connor, Keegan, Riley, Lochlyn, Landen, Kennedy, McCoy, Bode, and Ivy. Loving sister of Michael (Diane) Conniff. She was preceded in death by her parents (Alphonse & Frances Conniff) and her sister (Judy Conniff). Memorial Visitation Sunday 3-8 pm at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 W. Warren, Dearborn Heights. Memorial Visitation Monday 12:00 pm at the Church of the Divine Child, 1055 Silvery Lane, Dearborn, until time of Memorial Mass at 12:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions to the Dr. Kristy KC Foundation or C.S. Mott Children's Hospital.
