Born on January 27, 1940, in Detroit, MI, Richard lived a life marked by compassion, dedication, and unwavering devotion to his family. Richard was the cherished husband of Patricia, his beloved companion whose love and support enriched every moment of his life. Together, they built a bond rooted in love and understanding, serving as an enduring example of enduring partnership and mutual respect. As a father, Richard was a source of wisdom, guidance, and boundless love to his children, Rick (Michelle) and Rhonda (Dave Orton) Kralemann. His nurturing spirit and unwavering support provided a solid foundation upon which his children could flourish and succeed. Richard was a cherished grandfather to Brian, and Kelly (Matt) LaFrance and great grandfather to Kendahl and Audrianna. Richard was known for his strong work ethic and his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Whether it was fixing a leaky faucet, offering words of encouragement, or sharing a hearty laugh, Richard's generosity knew no bounds. His gentle demeanor, coupled with his quick wit, and a dry sense of humor made him a cherished friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A memorial service to celebrate Richard's life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to come together to honor and remember a remarkable man whose presence brought warmth and joy to all who knew him.
