William Sinatra

William Michael Sinatra (Bill or Billy as he was affectionately referred to by family and friends) [passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017 at home. William was born in Detroit, Michigan the fourth child of seven to William and Yolanda Sinatra. William’s father preceded him in death. He graduated from Aquinas High School. His undergraduate studies were at Eastern Michigan University in music and education. Bill retired in 2015 from Alcamo’s Italian Market, Dearborn, Michigan. Previously William worked as a chef at Amato’s, The Gas Buggy, and Kasey’s Salad Bar and Grill.For Many Sundays or Saturdays, William could be heard cantoring at the then St. Alphonsus Church, the now St. Alphonsus/St. Clement Parish. Bill was a loving son, brother and awesome uncle. He is survived by his mother Yolanda, five brothers and one sister: Anthony (Jennie), Nina (Jim) Hric, John (Charlotte), James (Magdalena), Daniel (Debbie), and Thomas (Deborah). He is also loved and survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday at St. Alphonsus/St. Clement Parish at 10 am. Memorial contributions may be made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, 1264 Meldrum St., MI 48207
